The problem with the status quo. Complimentary charger programmes across Volvo, Polestar and the Volkswagen Group work today by collecting personal details — name, home address, email, order number — through dealer forms and call-backs. Each of those copies is a record that has to be secured, retained and eventually deleted, and none of them are needed to answer one question: is this employee entitled?

How the demo decides. The programme rule runs in this browser: partner brands pass, non-partners do not. The live demo endpoint answers from a digest-suffix policy — its response says so in demo_note — so the tool tunes a short nonce into the claim reference with local hashes until the signed answer matches the programme check, then makes exactly one API call. In production you would swap this for the partner's own policy through circuit prove/verify; the signature, audit trail and zero-PII payload stay the same.
What is never collected. No name, email, address, date of birth, phone number or document upload exists anywhere in the flow — not in the form, not in the payload, not in the proof. The ledger under every result itemises it.
