The problem with the status quo

Complimentary charger programmes across Volvo, Polestar and the Volkswagen Group work today by collecting personal details, name, home address, email, order number, through dealer forms and call-backs. Each copy is a record to secure, retain and eventually delete, and none is needed to answer one question: is this employee entitled?

The AffixIO answer

This tool reduces the claim to a digest. Your payroll reference is hashed in the browser with SHA-256; the digest and the sector travel with the request, and none of the personal details do. AffixIO then signs the decision for the partner policy you wire in and returns a yes or no, with a proof id, an audit id and the policy version the decision was made against, a proof you can store rather than a personal record you have to keep.

How the demo decides

This demo page runs a local rule to simulate the partner's decision: partner brands pass, non-partners do not. That local rule is only for this browser demo. It exists so you can see what a yes and a no look like in the same flow. In production the partner's own policy sits with the API: you send the digest and the sector, AffixIO signs the decision against that policy, and returns a proof id, audit id, policy version and ML-DSA-65 signature. The signature, audit trail and zero-PII payload are the same either way.

What is never collected

No name, email, address, date of birth, phone number or document upload exists anywhere in the flow, not in the form, not in the payload, not in the proof. The ledger under every result itemises it.

Do I need an API key?

Yes, but you get 100 free proofs to test. The page requests a throwaway demo key from the live AffixIO API on its own and spends it on one signed verification, so you never type a key here. To wire this flow into your own product, you need a Hub server key, and new account holders can claim one allocation of 100 free SDK proofs to try it out.

What personal data does Ohme receive from this tool?

None. Your payroll reference is hashed in this browser with SHA-256. The request payload contains only the claim digest and the sector. No name, email, address, date of birth or phone number is ever sent. The proof card shows exactly what was signed.

Which brands are covered by the Ohme partner programme?
