How billing works
Subscribe on Developer, Growth, or Business through Hub billing. Stripe Checkout issues your licence key once. Store it immediately; it is not shown again.
Install with npm install affixio and configure the live key. The SDK proves locally, then consumes quota against your monthly allowance.
Hub Stats shows proofs remaining, overage cost, and period end. Push policy pulse after plan changes so connected SDKs pick up new limits.

What counts as a proof?
Each successful SDK prove that passes quota consume counts as one proof. Failed or blocked calls do not consume quota.
How does overage billing work?
On Developer, Growth, and Business, proofs beyond the monthly allowance are billed at £0.01 each through Stripe metered billing. Enterprise has no overage charge.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Upgrade through Hub billing or the Stripe Customer Portal. Quota limits refresh on the next policy pulse from the SDK.
Is the npm package free?
The affixio package installs from npm, but production prove requires a paid licence key. Without one the SDK fails closed on heartbeat.
