What you are looking at
Every modern browser ships the open IANA time zone database, so the tool can work out the local time for any of the fifty cities on the list without fetching anything.
Business hours means Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 local time. Evening means 18:00 to 21:00. Any time at all always returns YES and simply shows you the local time and day.
Daylight saving is handled by the time zone database, so the local time is right for today's date. The proof card shows the answer stamped by the live AffixIO API with an ML-DSA-65 signature.

Do I need an API key?
No. The time is worked out in your browser from an open database. The signed verdict uses a throwaway demo key that the page requests from the live AffixIO API on its own.
Does it handle daylight saving?
Yes. The time zone database already accounts for daylight saving, so the local time is right for today's date.
